Do I have to place my order through the website or can I order on Facebook?

All orders must be placed on the website.  Facebook will have links that go directly to the website for orders.

May I return merchandise I am not satisfied with 100%?

We strive to ensure you are 100% satisfied with all merchandise by offering the highest quality items at the most reasonable prices.  If you find something wrong with the quality of the item (defect or damage), please contact us immediately at support@chebbiechic.com so we can begin working to resolve any issues you may have with the quality of our merchandise. We will replace or refund your order.

PLEASE NOTE:  Returns are only accepted on items that are in "NEW" condition (no makeup, deodorant stains, etc) with original item tags in place.  No item will be accepted for return that has obviously been worn.

When will I receive the items I order?

Most items will ship out within 1-3 days unless it is a pre-order where the estimated shipping date will be published or if a shipping date is specifically given on the item description.
